Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as product will have already been shipped.

    CUSTOM RUGS:

  • Once deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. The deposit covers the cost of materials and initial design work.

    SHIPPING AND LOST ITEMS:

  • We ship all rugs with tracking and insurance to ensure they arrive safely.

  • If a product is lost in transit please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue and ensure you receive compensation or a replacement.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • Due to the unique nature of our rugs, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials.

Every custom rug will be handmade to order with a 2-3 week turnaround time. All available rugs are Ready to Ship.

FAQs …

  • Vacuum regularly. Immediately remove spills/stains. DO NOT dry clean. IS NOT washer/dryer friendly. DO NOT soak in water. DO NOT use bleach. Will last 5-10+ years if properly maintained.

  • Rugs are tufted with Acrylic Synthetic blend yarn and have a non-stick material backing. Your deposit is what contributes to the creation of your rug and covers all cost of materials, so that means no extra fees!

  • Fill out custom rug info sheet include name, phone, and detailed description of the rug you wish to purchase. Our team will reach out with any questions or needed information. Turnaround time for a custom rug is 2-3 weeks.

  • Once a product is taken off the website/ sold, it will not be brought back unless in high demand. For any unique designs not on site please see our ‘Cop a Custom Rug’ option.
